Mykik will only accept returns of faulty products and will issue a refund of the product including delivery cost. Please notify the team at hello@mykikhealth.com within 7 days of the original purchase date along with a valid order number and pictures of the product and we will get back to you within 48 hours. 

We are not liable for any lost goods from couriers. If a product has been damaged during delivery please contact the courier company directly.

Returns 

If you are returning a damaged product, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it including original packaging. To process your refund we will need to see proof of purchase with a valid receipt. If you opted for express delivery, only the cost of standard delivery will be issued with a refund.

Once the team at Mykik receives the faulty item, we will notify you that we have received it, and upon inspection, we will then determine if the return is approved or not. If your item is eligible for a refund we will then issue the refund through the same payment method of the original purchase within a certain number of days.
