When will my order be dispatched?

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, another email will be sent to notify you.

How much is delivery?

Domestic: For all orders under $100, the standard shipping rate is $9.60. All orders over $100 will receive free shipping.

International: Standard international shipping is $25

New Zealand: Standard shipping to New Zealand is $18

How do I track my order?

Your parcel tracking number can be found in the confirmation or notification emails you’ve received. The parcel tracking number is also shared with the shipping provider so they can keep track of the shipment progress via their tracking tool. Likewise, you’ll both be notified when the parcel completes its journey.

What are the delivery times for domestic shipping?

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2-8 business days to receive your product.

Q: What if I put in my address wrong?

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we are able to ship to 220 international destinations around the world.
